Came in on Friday and a part needed to be ordered. I was told it would be in on Tuesday so I made arrangements to drop my car off all day on Wednesday. The incorrect part was ordered and now I have to make arrangements again for another drop off and pick up.

Although the service provided was excellent again, I was disappointed in the required service when I arrived. I made my appointment for 60,000 miles and was told it was $169. When I arrived, I was told the cost was over $500. I do not blame Benda for this, but there needs to be additional training to coordinate quotes.

Christopher is alway kind and professional. He kept me informed as to the status and progress of my car.
He kindly walked me out to my car and as we look at the car I saw some oil that had been spilled on the front of my car. He Immediately went and got a rag a some cleaner and cleaned the spots off my car.
