There was confusion around the appointment and I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a prescheduled appointment for an oil change. They tried to charge me for the free service and that had to get resolved. Also even though they ran my car through a car wash somewhere, the car had water all over it and in the wind, was dirtier when I picked it up then when I dropped it off as I had just had it cleaned and dried. It was disappointing for our first time using the service department at this Kia.

I wasn't pleased with the overall customer service this trip. No one greeted me when I walked into the service lobby, but kindly greeted the customer who came in after me. Desk clerks didn't explain the recall for which they were servicing before or after servicing my vehicle. Overall attitude of the service reps were as though they were being bothered and not as friendly as they usually are. Upon picking up my vehicle, I feel as though I was being rushed. As I said before there was no explanation of what was done to my vehicle. My vehicle was parked outside instead of in the bay where they usually put it. Not too big of a deal, but I was just told "Your car is right outside there".
