Excellent

This was my first oil change in my telluride that I truly love. However, my experience with service for the 1st Time was not a very good one. I picked up my vehicle and by the time I got to my destination not even 10/15 minutes away my vehicle started failing. The lights in the dash including oil light came in. I was able to get the car to a parking spot and the car began leaking oil profusely. I attempted to call the dealer service department and kept getting transferred to a voicemail. I called several times and explained to the person answering the phone the situation and ask her to go and tell someone in service that I needed to speak with them. That employee chose not to. I then had to call my husband who had to leave work just to get in touch with the service department. Delete service rep was very helpful and understanding. He sent a tow to pick my vehicle up. He explained that their was a cap that was in a tight spot. It was very disappointing to have a new car in the parking to only be towed and leaking oil. My vehicle was returned as I needed to get to a meeting by 2pm. I hope this is not a demonstration of what to expect from Bedford of Kia. I hope that this issue does not cause my vehicle to ride any differently or cause any other issues.

Chris went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable and professional in explaining the problem and the fix. ...even going to the car to help set up the Bluetooth for our Phones. Great service

Work started as scheduled and completed timely. Actually, Jason was my service writer. I don't know who Chris Pohl is.

All ways professional and pleasant

Richard is always so great and personable. I try to check in with him anytime I am there because of his continued customer service and good attitude. The service center is prompt and I never have to wait longer than they estimate!

All service was good however price for labor expensive

As always the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm always treated respectfully and the service is always great. Mr. Mazzocco has assisted me several times and he's always kind and considerate. Thank you again for your service.

Eric is always very knowledgable,professional and most importantly honest. I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of as has happened at other dealerships.

Not happy at all! The coupon wasn’t fulfilled at all! I never knew a car dealership could differentiate from a corporate coupon! As well the multi point inspection wasn’t carried out as well! The tire pressure wasn’t adequately checked! Nor the other fluids! If this is how the dealership carries out a coupon then maybe I’m in the wrong family of cars!!!
