This was our second attempt to have service done at Allstar. Through no fault of Joshua, we didn't keep our first appointment. Details of those issues were documented in a Yelp review.
Our 2nd appointment was much better. We were met by Joshua at the door and he helped us in a very cordial manner. After determining our needs, he told us how long the service should take and showed us to the waiting area. At least once he came into the waiting area to give us an update. Our vehicle was ready at the promised time. Throughout our visit, Joshua acted in a professional and friendly manner and took it on himself to provide customer service that went beyond what was required. Because of Joshua's attitude and customer care, we felt valued and will rely on Allstar Kia for all of our Service needs for the next 3 years. Thank you, Joshua.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was told it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday. After hearing nothing to late afternoon on Thursday it took me 5 calls and until Friday to receive any information about my vehicle. Once receiving it on Saturday I had to wait longer at the dealership as the mechanics had misaligned the subframe to the point where the power steering was effectively non functional. Finally, I had to spend a few hours when I got home cleaning the interior of the vehicle due to the amount of stains. This was an extremely poor experience.

When you first pull up it's not clear what you're suppose to do it would be nice if that's communicated so there's no confusion. I didn't one of I was supposed to leave my car and go in to check in or stay in the car and wait for someone, so that's the only part I didn't like.
