Told I needed front brakes. Just had front brakes. Scott did a recheck and said an error was made, The front brakes were new.

The desk clerk that checked me in was rude. He had no compassionate that s customers (me) has to sit hours for their car. I had already wanted 3 hours for my car so at that point I decided to ask about how much longer would it be. He just went off on me saying you come in here with alot of work. Things take time. Then he walked off to speak with the mechanic. I will never come back I will go out my way and go to as another location
