My first attempt at getting my car serviced was at an appointment at 3pm. I was told they don’t have much staff then and we’re unsure if a technician would have time to look at my car to find out what was wrong. I was told I could wait a few hours but no guarantee my car would be seen. I was also informed you no longer offer loaner cars for service of more than a day. I made another appointment for 730 am. The staff were all late due to traffic so I had to leave my key in the drop box. I was called in a few hours later to let me know what was wrong with my car and a part needed to be ordered. My service advisor has been helpful but I’m unsure why have an appointment if you can’t provide service for the time the appointment is made referring to my 3pm one. On other occasions I have encountered problems too like waiting for 15 minutes to get someone to help me with a battery for my key fob. It is starting to seem like this location is becoming consistent with multiple problems. You are the closest dealer to where I live so If I go elsewhere it will make servicing my car more time consuming than it already is.

Never received response from service dept or salesman of services promised and showing on delivery confirmation. The car not cleaned properly, oil change not done, reeks of cigarette smoke, scratches on rear bumper,and only one key to car. Salesmen assured me before I signed contract it all would be taken care of by service department. I was instructed to call 10/7/19 to confirm appointment. No appointment or products available. I have made numerous calls, texts with no immediate assistance of remedy of this problem. I do not anticipating continuing calling or driving back and forth to dealership when products are not available. I am sending my paperwork ofservices not rendered to the BBQ and the finance company. Horrible service all around. IVY M

My sunroof problem was not resolved, and my radio no longer seems to pick up HD signals (with one station excepted)after the repair process. The dealership checked the switch and computer error signals, and the Kia engineers suggested replacing both the glass and shade motors. After picking up my car, the automatic open function worked, but only manual forward worked. After trying the reset procedures in the manual, the previous failure mode was repeated. My guess is there's a bad firmware flash or corrupt memory on the sunroof control chip for some behavior to be correct and some to fail. Also, my radio now gets HD signal on one station and not on any others, which I think is loosening or damage to the antenna connections.
