I have had 4 instances in the last 2 months we're in the mornings when it is cold my car will not start. This is caused me many issues with being stranded and getting my kids to school. Kia was unable to make a diagnosis on my car even though there is clearly something wrong with it.

This morning (the day after getting my car serviced and paying $350) my car does not start. Highly unsatisfied and very upset. It is 8am, I’m supposed to be at work at 8:30. Now I will be late with no car today. Your business doesn’t open till 9. You will be hearing from me.

My first visit to the service department for an oil change. Was greeted and very well taken care of during my wait. Enjoyed a complimentary mocha and had a nice friendly conversation with the service manager. Upon my departure, was given my paperwork, keys and overview of my service. Was told that my car had been vacuumed and was given a free car wash voucher. As I drove away, I looked around and saw that no vacuuming had been done. I understand i this is a complimentary gesture, but was disappointed, nonetheless. Guess I should have gone back, but didn’t. Next time ??

No questions just a quick comment. I usually have a good experience when visiting Valley-Hi Kia. Unfortunately the dealership failed to meet the expectations set by you, on this last visit. Starting with the service advisor, and continuing with a 2+ hour wait for an oil change & tire rotation. I truly hope your service department will work on correcting the issues. I truly enjoy your dealership, that's why I don't go to Hyundai for my service. Wishing everyone there, a Very Merry Christmas.
