I had a good experience this time around. I was helped in a timely manner and got an update on my car within 2 hours of dropping it off. The only thing that concerned me about my visit there was when I was driven to work by the shuttle service they have. The driver that drove me, who has driven me to work in the past, was not the best driver and I was honestly pretty scared a few times bc of the way he was driving. Never going to use the shuttle service again with them. Other then that everything was great.
