Check in could have been a ton faster. I have previously brought a car in just a different one. I said on multiple occasions that I was being picked up to go to work and Anyhony either didnt hear me, or chose not to listen. Then proceeded to ask me if I was waiting. Um no I will be back at lunch. Then calls me about corrosion on my battery that I could not verify on a less than 2 year old car. But had the service done anyway. No pictures offered for proof. It's a bit fishy to me.

I have been coming in complaining for months I have a bungee cord in my trunk that has flew back on my chin and giving me a hematoma. Almost knocking me completely out the urgency of that was none also I have a platinum Allstate package on my car which I put extra Grande on Grands on top just so I have the coverage I was told it was past whatever and it will be $210 plus tax however I looked up online and part is only $50 in any mechanic can do this my thing is that I am now in my third vehicle in less than 4 years Third vehicle to paid for from y'all also my vent Clips melted off of my Optima Hybrid which was ultimately given back because 12 months of computer issues and then some they were fixed promptly with no problem this was a fairly common problem however this new management team can't seem to get any of it together telling me I'm passing my deadlines this is the most BS of my life I will most definitely love to speak to the owner of Ed Voyles Kia I am extremely disappointed I had four years recommended Kia I'm not so sure at this point.

Richard welcomed us at Kia West Hills as soon as we walked in, which was unexpected and wonderful. I was a bit late for my appointment, which he immediately brushed off saying "we all have "those" days"! We started our appointment and he had my car in the service bay within 5 minutes. How extraordinary to feel completely "cared for" at an auto dealership, but that's what we felt! Thanks Richard!
