Kia My Service

To whom it may concern, I bought my Kia optima in and had never Ben to your dealership service department before upon arriving I was greeted immediately acknowledged from the second I opened the door to walk in . . Andy immediately ask how he could help me . I told him what was my reason for coming in and that I had gotten a check engine light on and that I took it to AutoZone and got a code that pulled up . Told him the code and he told me exactly what it could be .. he also gave me the worst case of what it could be. Also letting me know the possible price good and bad. . The customer service I was given was not just great but beyond excellent . He provided me a ride home .with Uber and in a. Few hours called and let me know what they had found when diagnosing the problem. Mr. Andy showed high standard customer service explained everything so I understood what happening. And made you feel like I had nothing to worry about . I felt that I was not being lied to and that alone was good. He alone brings a high standard of trust from customers to your department and cares about your customers . The rest of the team at the service counter when picking up my car was the same the young lady that walked me out to the car also acknowledged me as I entered and help me immediately aswell . Great service oh and Andy also checked for recalls on my car and found two . . Over all my experience was out of this world . Fantastic . Good job and thank you very much . Mr. Andy .
