Anthony was actually great today. My conversation with him started off kind of shaky, but by the end of my visit he completely satisfied all of my concerns regarding my vehicle. I truly appreciate him coming and talking things over about my vehicle and taking the time to look at other issues. Great guy and great customer service!!!

Service Dept.employe (wore a white shirt ) as you enter the service department from the garage the man to far left, it's very unprofessional and his approach towards me that's why I felt that I was targeted today was uncalled for!!!! I was scheduled today, April 4th 2020 for an oil change. He had a very nasty attitude, he aldo wasn't giving me a chance to explain myself about my service. He basically did not show any compassionate as to when I was saying... today's visit was a spinoff from my visit a month ago, I've received horrible customer service today! I waited until I saw the manager that assisted me a month ago, he listened and he understand what occurred today! Service department employees needs to be reprimanded I suggest that both men needs a TA on how to provide good quality customer service to customers I've been a customer of Kia of Bedford since 2014!
