Quick and fast service. There was a bit of a wait for an advisor to get to me while I waited in line for my service. I had 2 gentleman come by and update me and apologized for the service wait. I appreciate the honesty, did not mind the wait. Once I was helped it was super simple and I was all set.

John, thoroughly, listened to my concerns about my 100 thousand mile tune up, seemingly, creating issues rather than preventive maintenance and upkeep. As soon as I voiced my observations, he scheduled my drop off for further diagnostic with the technician, Edgar and, now, it drives sound and smooth for the price of the parts and service!
