It seems like your service stopped because my service advisor called but prior to that he promised my car would be ready thế next day at
around after lunch time. Called the next day the next
day to find out my SA is not available….no managers available..,after a few more calls they gave me Robert another SA, he told me my car is not ready and told me it may be done by 6pm the same day or early morning the next day so I waited til the next at around l2 noon and was told my SA is onl lunch and was asked to call after 15 mins. I said I can’t wait no more give me someone else and no one can tell me what’s goin on with my car so I decided to do in person …there was only one SA and he’s busy helping other people he helped me later only to find out that
SA is still out and not just having lunch “I thought he’s just having lunch”that’s when I said I’m confused and you should do much better service and I said I’m calling the corporate.I don’t normally do this survey cause I know nothing happens but I do it anyway before I do my next step…sorry but you guys ****!
