Arrived for a scheduled oil change at 4pm on 8/13/25.Genaro Perez was not mindful of my time and unprofessional. I waited over 2 hours to receive an update on the status of my car. Gabriel Peng explained my drain bolt was stripped and that the technicians could not perform an oil change, he explained I needed a new oil pan or to have my vehicle towed. I was notified about this at 6pm by Gabriel, two hours after my scheduled appointment. I picked up my car on 8/14/25. I am very unsatisfied that I wasn’t notified sooner by my advisor. Overall a frustrating experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere and would like to not be contacted any further by this dealership.

Compared to the lady i had to deal with during my first visit, this one had good a personality.
Mechanic. Not so great. I came for a oil change. They did the full point inspection. When they put the glove box back on, it wasnt properly integrated so when i tried to open it, it didnt open like it usually does. It wasnt until later i asked the guy near the entry way in charge of passing numbers who called a nearby honda mechanic guy who figured out that it was not properly reinserted. After that, it worked fine.
I never had such a experience before in the further dealer where i bought the car but here... idk, I'm having very mixed feelings.
So whoever serviced my car, 4/10 for making it worst.
Whoever saved my car at the end, extra credit to you.
Whoever was in charge of passing out the numbered car hats today, 10/10 for you for being a great sport for immediate help.
