My oil change appointment was at 9:45 am didn’t receive my truck until 1:20pm. Went to ask worker if my truck was almost ready was told 15-20 minutes max and it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes extra .

First I want to be clear that my rep, Hannah, was courteous and helpful whenever we were able to speak, and I don't believe any of the following was her fault. However, communication was extremely unsatisfactory. It was difficult to reach her by phone, indeed it was sometimes hard to get anyone on the phone, and the system kept encouraging me to leave messages, either voice or text, but this system appears to be completely broken. Over the week I left several voice messages, text message replies, and messages through the tire scan web portal, and received no direct reply to any of them. I inquired several times by voice and text about adding a window replacement to my service and never received any follow-up, nor did any reps afterwards seem to be aware of those inquiries. It seems at least some and possibly all of my messages never made it to anyone. And not only was this broken communication frustrating, it almost certainly delayed completion of my service by at least a day, possibly two, because my inability to connect delayed my approval of service and part orders. I've never dealt with such an info vacuum at any other dealer or even here the last time I received service. I'm not sure if this is a new system or if there's some other issue, but communication at present is entirely unacceptable.

I have never bought a vehicle and had to resurface the rotors or change the breaks within the 1st year. I was suprises this was counted as maintenance. Also i asked to check my back door and it not opening properly and i dont think that was even looked at
