Technician didn’t call me or notified me that my car was ready. Didn’t fix the front light, which is why I initially brought it in for. Once I arrived to the dealership, the car had to stay because they didn’t have my keys. Technician didn’t notify me about when the shop closes. Missed a big meeting because of this.
