I checked in my car at around 710 am. Although I did have an appointment at 730, I was in early.
It took 3 hours for a basic oil change. I scheduled an oil change super early, one of the first cars there and it still took 3 hours.
You guys don’t update your system at all, every single time I come by I tell them to update my cars, my phone number and the address on file, and they say they do but when I get the printouts it’s always showing incorrect intonation. Your system ****.
There are probably old timers and bricks in upper management that simply don’t care about the small stuff, but it’s stuff like this that leaves generational lasting impressions. If you can relate, then please make a change, if you don’t relate or don’t have the power to change anything then, I simply will say I understand, I have to work for a living too.
