Ramblin was awesome the service rep. But I waited 40 mins before anybody would attend to me. And it was hot in my car. I don’t think it’s fair I would have to use up my gas and wear and tear my car by running the A/C to stay cool. It was almost as if I was purposely being ignored. Because every vehicle behind me was being attended to and I was being overlooked. And I had an appointment and was there on time. With proof of email. To make things worse I had my daughter in the car with me.
