Hello My vehicle was at the shop for 2 days and someone put 142 miles on it to apparently road test the vehicle. I can see if a few miles is necessary but to put that kind of mileage on a vehicle to road test it is questionable.
I wasn’t charged for the diagnostic service if anything was performed but Reeves Honda used a considerable amount of fuel and took a bid chance driving my car for a few hours. If they had been involved in an accident would Reeves Honda replace my car. I have always received wonderful service but this left me a little disappointed. On top of it I had to talk to Enterprise car rental because I was charged an additional day on a rental that the Dealership had. I’m not very happy at this point Richard G

I’m very unsatisfied as I do not feel like my vehicle was properly inspected and serviced when I went in for an oil change today. I had the noticed my light for low tire pressure came on as I was on my way to the appointment and expected to leave with all service lights off my vehicle, since I took my vehicle in to be serviced but found my vehicle to still have the low tire pressure light on. My vehicle took an hour after the estimated time given and still wasn’t fully given service as I usually am helped when I go to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. I’ve been a customer at this store since 2014 and am shock a simple air added to the tires was missed when supposedly the vehicle was fully inspected and I received a report regarding it.
