Right out of the gate, the porter which initially took my vehicle rode the clutch. When I brought it up to my service advisor, it was shrugged off. I was then told the initial price I was given by her would be doubled, purely because the call I made earlier had a higher price. When I reviewed my dash cam footage, several people which drove my vehicle were, in essence, calling it a pile of junk. Additionally, based off the same footage, my service advisor told the individual sanitizing my HVAC system to bring it out, despite not being finished. I am satisfied with that tech, as he made attempts to finish the job at hand.

Each time I came to Honda I give them a difficult challenge I have a 1995 Honda prelude that needs some minor electrical work done but the parts can’t be found both Branden and his team went all out 100% in order to satisfy what I needed for my car I’m most appreciative of Brandon in every way and his team and I will do more business with Norm Reeves Honda West Covina.
