Never received a call back after leaving my vehicle for 3 days, had to call back to receive an update, after calling back and being told I would receive a call back because all the service members were busy 3 times, I finally received,4 hours after my initial call, a call back giving me an update after 3 days and 12 hours of leaving my vehicle I had not received any sort of updates so I was very upset.
