The service representative, Gabriella, was great. I wasn’t able to get the Multi-Point Inspection. I was told something wasn’t working properly to do that. Not her fault at all, but It is part of the service I expect if I am going to drive a little extra and wait for Honda service from Honda technicians. Otherwise, I might as well take it to another shop.

I was accused of breaking the map light covers. Turns out once you sent them and my mechanic installed them. He realized they weren’t broken they were it back in incorrectly. Understandably it’s a busy shop but it’s not ok to make accusations prior to investigation. When I got upset and raised my voice she immediately went in to defense mode and insinuating she would stop helping me. I was not yelling at all I had a face mask and I did raise my voice in distraction. I’m no way was I inappropriate. Luckily my sakes man Manny came out and reassured me it would be okay. Other than that she was fine, was good about updating me While my car was there. Thank you
