Prior to my arrival at norm Reeves, I was hesitant to schedule an appointment due to my previous experience at the location. However, after today’s service, I was more pleased with the service this time around. On arrival, the wait time for my car to be inspected was a little longer than expected but was decent compared to previous times. With the service provided by Brandon, the discussion was smooth and straight to the point. The wait time given was bearable and was even informed of additional services I may require. Overall, the service this time around was excellent and efficient.

I been with going into this dealership for my car service from the start. I had meet several great services , the service I received yesterday with Paul Tham exceeded all. Since there is no ride home service available I have to wait for my car. I was tired after 12 hours work in the hospital and need to return to work again last night.
