My only suggestion is to have easily accessible power outlets at the tables in the waiting area. Sometimes I have to wait a couple of hours for my car, and especially in those instances I like to bring my laptop with me. But power outlets aren’t very easy to find and the mini-tables attached to the couches just don’t work very well for trying to get work done on a laptop. So having desks or tables with easily accessible power outlets for people like me who want to plug in their laptops, tablets, and smartphones while they wait would be a welcome amenity.
