Had to return after an oil service because tech didnt bolt the pan under car and was hanging for 4 days until i could get it back to get fixed. It was not a good feeling to know that the proper parts were not placed back on the car and it could have caused damage and or cause an accident. Thankfully I detected it in time. Juan was again very polite and professional in taking care of the issue and made my extra time off work and wait time,(I had to endure for a second time) not too frustrating.

I am upset that we just bought this car 6 weeks ago and already air conditioner didn’t work. We had a crack in the windshield when we bought it.. it took several weeks to repair. I felt we got the run around giving us dates to go in.. cancelling us and then having us go in without the part being in stock.
