Raidel was very professional and attentive. He broke down the cost and maintenance service, as I was planning to get my tires done some where else he didn’t pressure me to get them there whatever I was satisfied with I should do. I decided to get my tires done at Hyundai. Even though I was very concern on how my tires ended up in the first place just having my car for 4 years, the whole thing came off just the rim remained. But overall he was awesome and definitely would recommend and go back for future services.

I did have a last question at the very end that I had remembered to ask before leaving. It was in regards to my power seating. He let me know what number to call instead of taking a look at what I was talking about even just briefly at It before I left to give me a better idea of what I am looking at as far as if it’s covered by warranty or not. I just felt he could have at least taken a look at what I had mentioned but instead gave me a number to call. But other than that what I initially went in for was great. Thank you Ivan.
