Paul didn't explain the car rental procedures with me, and he kept the rental agreement documents.
I left my car at your service department over night waiting on a part to complete the service on my car. When I came in this morning to pick up my car, it was covered in ashes. I couldn't believe it that's how you hand the cars back to the customers. I heard this dealership has a very high standard. I guess I heard wrong.
