I recently brought my Honda Pilot Special Edition in for its B1 service. Unfortunately, after the service was completed, I noticed scratches on both headlights that were not there before. I also found a couple of small dents or marks that appear to have been caused by a tool or equipment during the service process.
I take great pride in maintaining my vehicle, so discovering this damage was very disappointing. This is the first time I have experienced an issue like this with Honda service. While I appreciate the maintenance that was performed, I am concerned about the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me.
I would appreciate having this matter reviewed and addressed. I hope Honda can ensure greater care is taken when servicing customers’ vehicles in the future.

Just be honest. If you need two days to inspect the vehicle that’s fine. They had my truck for 4 days and didn’t call me to let me know that they didn’t even check/ look at my truck, until I showed up and asked what was going on.

I am going back to them tomorrow (Monday). First, they had me sign paperwork stating that the inspection would cost only $98, but after I paid, I saw that I was charged $189.95.
The part itself cost only $29.99. They claimed the labor took two hours, yet they charged me $475 for labor alone.
The wire they installed behind the mirror is not properly protected by the safety rubber cover and can be disconnected very easily. They charged me $660 for this wiring work, but the installation was not professional at all.
I feel that I was overcharged for both the parts and labor, and I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work.
