I brought my car In for a brake job and the mechanic called me and said that I needed new rotors and pads for the rear brakes. So I said ok and an hour later he called me back and said my car was ready. When I leaving the service dept I could tell that my brakes seemed spongy and not tight. So I told myself I’ll give it another day and see if the brakes improve and it didn’t, I could hardly stop my car. So I came back to the service center the following day and the mechanic said I needed brake fluid. He never told me that the first time. Then he said I had to pay $140, I was not happy because I already had paid $500 just for brakes and labor. I paid the money and the job was done in 20 minutes. I did feel some improvement but not 100% satisfied. I more than likely win be going back to this location.
