Very satisfied with Matthew. However I was not satisfied to learn that the dealer has permanently discontinued the complimentary car wash. This may seem like a small item to the dealer, but it was a big motivator for me to continue using Norm Reeves Honda for service, long after purchasing my Honda there. Without the car wash motivator, I may consider getting my car serviced closer to home.

I had an 8:30 reservation. For a 20k service. I was going to wait for my car. 2 hours approximately. After one hour of waiting the device guy said it would be longer. I took a Lyft ride home after 12 noon the car hadn’t even been touched. I was given a loaner car. The car was finally finished at 5.

Samuel was excellent. However, the prices on your services are extremely high. $114 to change 2 filters that cost approximately $40? You are charging $74 for labor? I was appalled. Luckily I was able to Google them and change them myself. Also I was charged $46+ for a synthetic oil change with my $39.99 coupon. In the past services I have never been charged $46+. I know Samuel was only following instructions. I have obtained the exact same services with the exact same auto parts at approx 60% of why you charge. In this economy, I and many customers can not afford the Honda dealer services. I was disappointed at the high price. Samuel was very flora ious in his explanations and he did not make us uncomfortable when we said no. I have bought 3 new cars from Norm Reeves in the last 2.5 years. But I cannot afford to see I’ve my cars there. :(
