Matthew was very understanding and kind about how long it took for the AC condenser to arrive. Once the part arrived he made an appointment and called me to let me know the part was in. Overall he provided great customer service.

I went to pick up my truck. Car being picked up ahead of me cars were washed and cleaned. Everyone of them. My was not washed again yo did everyone but mine !! Why is that ? This is the 2 Nd time in a roll . Be cause it’s a truck or you don’t like people that drive trucks ?? Or is because you think southern people don’t like clean trucks ?? I take it to Ken Grody and the even do my tires!!
