I was immediately attended and greeted as soon as I got out of my car. Led me inside after taking the odometer reading and asked me in courteous manner how he can help me. He clearly explained to me why my calls to Kevin were not returned despite leaving voice messages. Kevin acc to him was sick. Also clearly explained the A1 maintenance I was after, the inspection and other details included which cost me $125.The service was excellent, Wyatt is courteous, knew the service components and clearly explained to me the details and the cost.

I purchased my car there and always have my car serviced at Norm Reeves West Covina. I have always received excellent service. I have always had representatives who thoroughly look into the recent service history of my car to better inform me and recommend certain services. I went in for an oil change, but was recommended the oil with tire rotation service and was quoted for both. I asked if tire rotation was a complimentary service with recent tire purchase there and the rep said yes, so I wouldn't have to pay for that service. I was disappointed that the rep didn't catch that in my recent car history, as Ive come to expect that kind of thoroughness in past service. I was also recommended other services in the report after my car was serviced and when asked what these services were, the rep explained what the part was, but didn't further explain the purpose or importance of the part in the function of the car, which again I have received in the past and have come to expect this level of knowledge and service from past reps. I didn't feel confident making decisions on further services needed based on the limited information I was given.

I would give honda a 2/5. Juan was very useful and I appreciate his help, great job . However i’m not satisfied with honda. Honda workers didn’t put my splash shield fully in place after changing my oil, now it would cost me money to change the shield, even though it’s your guys fault? Doesn’t make sense to me . not that happy
