It has nothing to do with Dominick. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My complaint is that the technician over inflated the air in my tires which caused the tire pressure light to come on so I had to return to the dealership for the 3rd time.

My car had been serviced on 12/8 but 4 hours after picking up my car, the battery died in the Frazier Farms parking lot, requiring AAA to jump start my car. Today my car again experienced a battery failure. Once again AAA had to come to the rescue. I spoke with Omar by phone and explained my dilemma. He said if I bring my car in, he would make sure the problem was taken care of. And that is exactly what he did. My car required a new battery. Omar was very polite, professional and courteous.
