Raul was the one helping me this time. Tom was there too, and he was busy helping other customers. Both are my favorite service advisors.
Raul gave me top customer service. He kept me updated of status of service, advised me what other service was needed, and promptly turned around the car in very reasonable time!

Paid for remote & programming they brought my car out about 5:00 pm and said it was done i paid bill and got in my car to leave and it would not come out of park The guy that brought it out said I had to use a screwdriver to get it out of park I talked to service advisor and she said bring it back next day. I did & when I picked it up I was charged a 152.00 Ashley said that they charged a Diagnostic fee. I feel like I was charged twice & not happy

I have been taking my car to Norm Reeves Honda over 20 years we are a Honda family have owned three Honda’s currently two and I’ve been happy with Benito for all these years he is a wonderful service technician we talked about how long he’s been with Norm Reeves and he’s fair and explains everything and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his expertise and honesty.
