I experienced great customer service and excellent vehicle service. One thing I would recommend is more outdoor seating for your customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. Especially during these times of increased covid 19 infections in our county and our state of California. I saw many of your customers sitting on the concrete outside of your service area. As well as hoovering around building entrances. I think this would make things safer.

Unfortunately the estimate of 2 hrs for my service was chgd to 3 hours; it was actually 3.5 hrs. I would have made an appt for another day if I had known this. BTW I did have an appt for the day of my service.
