Angela and all the technicians (foreman included) did a great job of listening to my concerns and looking at the vehicle multiple times until we fixed the issue.

Ashley was very friendly. However it his is the second time i feel like I’ve been duped by the service department. The first time we needed a battery for the vehicle. I was told that the battery had a lifetime replacement warranty on the new battery only to find out that it did not. This time we have replaced the rear tires on one occasion and the front tires on another. The first time we replaced the tires i was told they carried a road hazard warranty. Today i found out they only have the warranty of all 4 tires are replaced at the same time. In both cases i would have made different choices for repair if i had known. I may have shopped around for a battery since they are very easy to replace and a tire patch usually costs about half what i was charged today. Here’s hoping that the extended warranty we purchased on the new vehicle we just bought from your dealership lives up to the promises. Again Ashley was friendly just not happy with promises from others.
