I was recently involved in a car accident and I brought my car into a different shop and received terrible auto repair. Not once, not twice, but three times. On top of having to bring my car back multiple times and them not getting it right, They had terrible customer service skills as well. Frustrated from a bad experience, I brought my car to Norms Reeves Honda wary of having a another bad experience but hopeful that they will be the guys to get it right.
Kevin took the time to listen to my story and what has been happening with my vehicle and came up with a solid plan of attack to address my issues and explore every possible outcome. Having received my car back having the issue fixed right the first time was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Kevin!! Will be returning to Norm Reeves Honda for my maintenance needs because of the great experience I received. Top notch customer service and repair. Keep up the good work!!

No kidding around...I put Angela on my BFF list today. She was professional, accommodating, explanatory, and personable. I hadn’t planned on spending over $700 on routine maintenance, but my Honda was due. Overdue, actually. Angela should be commended for what she does for this organization. She was ALONE at the service desk and inundated on this Saturday, but she never missed a beat. Def a management issue to rectify. Completely satisfied with my service and with this maintenance visit.
