I was very happy to see Brandon would be helping me with service on my car. He does an excellent job always, and I trust him. When he says I need specific service, I believe him, and I appreciate how he explains everything very clearly. It is my hope that he is recognized by your organization in West Covina, and Norm Reeves Honda gives him a promotion or otherwise compensates him in a very generous manner.

I had my oil changed on Dec 17 and on or about 15 january my Check engine light came on. I thought it was on due to change in the gas from premium to regular. After 3 days it did not go off and then my car starting making a loud ticking and knocking sound.I then checked my oil to find out it was very low. I put in one quart then had someone check it only to find out it was still very low.I We then put in 2 more quarts and it was still low. I then call you service department. Arranged to bring it in to find out that i never got the correct amount of oil during my last oil change.
