It took 3 1/2 hours to do an oil change, check positive battery connection due to recall, and tire rotation. Way too long. I got a text message the following day that my car was ready. Problem was, I waited for my truck and was already home with my truck. There was no line when I got to my appointment. Not sure what the problem was. I’m a little disappointed after spending $120k over the past year at your dealership.
