I had to call and follow up every time I wanted status on my vehicle. While fixing my car they found that the axel was ceased in my brand new car. That doesn’t even make sense to me. Also when I popped my hood when I got home they had left cardboard and tools in my hood. Also my car was at the dealership for 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up it was flight and hadn’t even been washed.
