I scheduled an oil change for 11 AM. I waited two hours for my oil change to be complete. If I schedule an appointment I expected to be keep taken care of at the time of the appointment. There’s no way in oil change took two hours. The price was also high at over $100. Definitely not worth it, I’ll go somewhere cheaper next time.

The vehicle was misdiagnosed several times and i was told this was a normal condition only yo take it to another dealership and yes it was confirmed to be internal in the engine and is currently being torn down and repaired . Please DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN !!
