Went there for a battery check and waited 4 hours in the lobby nobody called me and said that they left a voicemail but didn't receive it.received text from them ask them what time my car will be ready and replied 4 hours and I'm already at work with my car.dont know if the problem is the carrier or the phone.

I had the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life you guys did nothing for us just gave us our vehicle back there unrepaired and even worse ...we never received an apology.
We own two Ford vehicles we are now going to trade them in for Chevy.
We do not recommend Norm Reeves Ford!!!!!
