Just concerned about the problems I’m having with my car - I have driven Honda since 1988 and this car has been in the shop the most - I drove my 1998 Honda Civic for 15 years and 150,000 miles and never had it in the shop - it’s why I drive Honda - not thrilled being challenged with keeping this one on the pavement vs the side of the road despite the mileage - I should have another 70,000 before I run into these issues. The tires that came with my car lasted 37,000 - I replaced them with tires that have driven 50,000 and still going - is Honda slacking to save a couple dimes????

i was having a super horrible day and it was my
second or third Time driving down to part Charlotte from Cape Coral which is an hour drive there and an hour drive back. And the whole situation happened where my tire warranty was canceled. and it was just this whole hot mess, i had to talk to a financial specialist i walked in so mad, his name was edwin benson, he made me feel at such ease with the whole situation, like he had it under control. then when i went to the service department i was about to cry or how frustrate and then the one all the way at the end with the blue key pags, he’s a older man and he told me he had a surprise for me, i was about to cry and he tells me that they are gonna take care of the tire for me. i was like no way, i started to cry and i really wanted to hug him. he made my whole day better and this is why i will only go to this port charlotte store. the whole team made me feel like the drive was worth it at the end and i’m so happy with the service!!! even with ethan in sales!!! he answers my calls even when he’s not at work! the best time!
