Service was good, and usually is. Disappointed that my pregnant wife had to wait two hours for an oil change when I scheduled an appointment. We were hoping that tire rotation would be included in the price of an oil change and shuttle service/car washes should be reinstated as protections are in place and Covid is on the decline.

Is a great Service advisor I am extremely picky who I deal with. Joshua is professional efficient knowledgeable and caring and has good customer service qualities. This is the second time I’ve dealt with Joshua and I will go back to him every time as long as he is a service advisor there. I don’t trust very many people with my car.
