You guys build trust from time zero. It was my first time in this dealership as I recently moved to the area. My car needed maintenance A167 but based on what the sales maintenance guy analyzed, as the services requests from my car computer were being triggered by time lapse rather than usage, he mentioned that I did not need all that was being requested and that he believed I would be good with oil change and tire rotation. I was very impressed a dealership was doing this and not the opposite which is how the experience normally goes, that they add on things to just make more money. I was very satisfied and with this act I am in no doubt to continue bringing the car there. I also normally do not complete reviews but wanted to highlight this as it matters a lot for customers.
