Service was great. Simona very helpful. Two minor things:
1. I thought this service included an oil change but possibly oil changes aren’t needed as often as I’m used to with previous vehicles (6M or 5K miles). I know technology changes so not complaining as I know one was done in April.
2. I admit I didn’t walk around much, but I didn’t see any place for coffee, just a case of bottled water. I didn’t want to lose my seat so didn’t pursue searching. No biggie, I’ll look more closely next time.

Everything went well except the fact that I never received a message saying my vehicle was done. I noticed my car was ready and parked out in the parking lot so I waited to see if I was going to get called to get my car back. Never got the call/text, another representative saw me walking around and looking for Joseph and asked if I needed help. If it wasn’t for them asking I would have kept waiting until the shop closed. The representative directed me to one of Joseph’s partners who helped me get my keys back. Not sure if Joseph forgot about me or what but he was no where to be found. This is the first time this has happened and I really was surprised because up to yesterday servicing my car was never an issue. It was poor communication that was the problem this time.

Joshua was very good and informative. The problem was the service technician said I needed to purchase a new tire and it couldn’t be patched. Instead of paying $385 I went to Discount Tire and they patched it for free. That is great customer service. I’ve purchased multiple cars from you for myself and daughters and always have had my cars serviced by you over the years. You’re making me question my loyalty.
