I'm very pleased with the Service Rep, Omar, however, I feel the repair was not up to par. My AC compressor was replaced but was told the new compressor is defective and therefore a replacement was ordered. When the tech removed the defective compressor to install the replacement, he found metallic shavings in the fluid and suggested the hoses and condenser had to be replaced. I find it odd that he didn't find the metal filings in the fluid when he installed the defective compressor. Meanwhile, I ran the AC although it wasn't blowing out much cool air as I waited for the replacement compressor. Something just doesn't sound right. Not happy at all.
Omar is an excellent service rep. All he could do is relay the message to me from the service shop.

I took my CR-V in for an oil change and was invited to wait inside for it to be completed. Before waiting, Anthony was really informative about what was going to happen, how long it was going to take, and always asked if I had any questions. When the oil change was done, he walked me through the services that happened (oil change, tire gauge, tire pressure), ensured that I received my keys and walked me to my vehicle.
