This is a horrible experience. I brought in a 2018 Honda Civic because only hot air coming out of the AC. The answer that I got back is the system has been contaminated with 2 different gas. That is impossible. The AC is never been in service by my family. And the claim also is that because I did not bring the car in for service before therefore my word can’t be trustworthy. Why would I service or put in a different gas with a car only 3 years old and 30,000 miles.
