Great service, car is running like new.

The person who help me the last visit he did not end up checking my brakes for some reason and when I came back because I knew that something was wrong with my car so I knew it was my brakes coming to find out that my brakes needed to be changed my last visit but the guy that help me didn’t say anything so I didn’t know now I ended up paying triple what I could’ve paid by just knowing that my brakes need to be changed in the first place instead of waiting a month now I had to pay $700 instead of the original $200 because I need to buy replacement I said just kidding you know regular brake pads and then the manager at the Cerritos location at the audacity to say it was my fault because I did not ask for the tire rotation. He is basically ended up saying that I need to ask to have my tires rotated and I if I would ask how much time is rotated a big settlement been checked but I did that the whole point of the multi points but she needs to inspect the whole entire car so due to that reason I will not be returning to the Cerritos those kick to the Cerritos location even though the Cerritos location has been the only Honda dealership that I have taken my car to be serviced since I purchased a car and I think that’s really messed up

Javier offered exceptional customer service!! He was friendly, and most of all he had my car serviced in a timely manner. I had a recall on my vehicle that was scheduled for three hours he had it ready in an hour. I will definitely be coming back to see him for future services on my vehicle.
