I have had my new vehicle serviced 3 times since may. Each time I waited between 30-45 minutes just to speak to a service advisor. The advisors walk out and keep their heads down and don’t even acknowledge you. Also It is impossible to get anyone by phone in the service department. The woman in the parts department was completely unhelpful and acts it you are bothering her if you have questions. Please hire more people

I requested that my damaged tire be left in the car, not disposed.
I told Joe in parts and Raphael in-service, and I was assured it was left in the car. I called the following day to let them know that it was not left in the car, and I’m still waiting for a return call. The tire was under warranty and I needed to take care of it. Now, I have nothing to show..
